Describe how you take on clients in plain words and Intako turns it into a full workflow: the questions, qualifying logic, an optional deposit step, scheduling and follow-up. You can keep refining it by chatting, for example add a budget question, take a $100 deposit, or make it shorter, before opening it in the builder.
Add a deposit step to your form. When a client submits, they pay by card through a secure Stripe checkout and the money goes straight to your own Stripe account, not to Intako. We never take a cut of your deposits.
Go to Settings, then Workspace, then Deposit payouts, and connect your Stripe account through a quick, secure onboarding. Once connected, any deposit step on your forms starts collecting. Deposits are available on the paid plans.
Add a scheduling step and clients pick a time slot right inside your form. You control the days, hours, slot length and timezone. Prefer your own tool? You can link out to an external scheduling page instead.
Every submission lands in your Pipeline as a lead, starting in the New column. Move leads through stages like Qualified, Waiting on info, Booked, Paid and Rejected. Open any lead to see their answers, files, timeline and notes.
Once published, every form has its own link, like intako.net/f/your-form, that you can put anywhere: your bio, an email, a proposal. Clients open it, fill it in and land in your pipeline.

From the Billing tab. Switching plans is prorated so you are never double-charged. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal, and your paid features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
